Copy Requests

Copies of court filings can be obtained one of two ways:

1) PACER - Public Access to Court Electronic Records

The PACER service provides electronic public access to federal court records. Registered users can:

  • Search for a case in the federal court where the case was filed, or
  • Search a nationwide index of federal court cases.

Go to pacer.uscourts.gov to sign up for an account.  Typically, the cost for accessing PACER is $0.10 per page, with a $3.00 per document limit.  Detailed PACER fee information can be found HERE

2) Clerk's Office
