Pro Se Electronic Filing Portal

The Court offers a Pro Se Electronic Filing Portal (“Pro Se Filing Portal”) for pro se parties representing themselves in civil actions in the Middle District of Tennessee. The Pro Se Filing Portal is for pro se parties ONLY. Attorneys must register and file documents via CM/ECF.  Any documents submitted by attorneys or represented parties via the Pro Se Filing Portal will be rejected. CM/ECF

All attorneys practicing in the Middle District of Tennessee, including those admitted pro hac vice and those authorized to represent the United States, must, absent good cause shown, register as Filing Users of the Electronic Filing System (CM/ECF) via Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) and file their documents by electronic means. 

Individuals who are representing themselves (“pro se parties”) may, with the Court's permission, register as a CM/ECF Filing User solely for purposes of filing documents in their case(s).
