Send requests for Certificates of Good Standing to: certificate@tnmd.uscourts.gov.
Please provide the following information when making the request:
- Attorney Name(s)
- State Bar Registration Number
- Phone Number
- Mailing Address
- Whether the request is for an electronic or hard-copy Certificate.
You will be notified by e-mail when the Certificate is available. The Certificate can be picked up from the Clerk’s Office or delivered electronically.
The fee for each Certificate requested is $20.00. Once your payment is received, the Certificate will be delivered.
The Clerk of Court accepts cash (exact amount), check (from firm or attorney), money order, or credit card. A credit card can only be used if the Certificate is picked up in person. If you need the Certificate mailed, please mail a check (from firm or attorney), or money order, made payable to the Clerk, U.S. District Court, 719 Church Street, Suite 1300, Nashville, TN 37203.
