Send requests for Certificates of Good Standing to: certificate@tnmd.uscourts.gov.
Please provide the following information when making the request:
- Attorney Name(s)
- State Bar Registration Number
- Phone Number
- Mailing Address
- Whether the request is for an electronic or hard-copy Certificate.
You will be notified by e-mail when the Certificate is available. The Certificate can be picked up from the Clerk’s Office or delivered electronically.
The fee for each Certificate requested is $21.00. Once your payment is received, the Certificate will be delivered.
The Clerk of Court accepts cash (exact amount), check (from firm or attorney), or money order. If you need the Certificate mailed, please mail a check (from firm or attorney), or money order, made payable to the Clerk, U.S. District Court, 719 Church Street, Suite 1300, Nashville, TN 37203.
