Effective at 12:01 a.m., October 1, 2025, in the event of a government shutdown, all civil litigation in which the United States of America is a party, its agencies, its officers or employees (whether in their individual or official capacity and whether current or former employees), is a party or in which any party is represented by the Department of Justice or the United States Attorney's Office is immediately suspended, postponed and held in abeyance from the date of entry of this Order until such time as appropriations are restored either by passage of a new continuing resolution or a full budget for fiscal year 2026.  See AO82 Supplemental for additional information.
