The Sixth Circuit Judicial Council received applications from persons interested in appointment to the bankruptcy judge position. A Merit Selection Panel considered all applications received and recommended the following three candidates: Michael G. Abelow; Henry E. (Ned) Hildebrand, IV; and Nancy B. King.
