IMPORTANT NOTICE – SYSTEM OUTAGE: On July 14, 2023, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee will perform necessary upgrades to the Court’s case management/electronic case filing system (“NextGen CM/ECF”). To complete the upgrades, NextGen CM/ECF will be offline and unavailable to all users starting at 7:00p.m., Friday, July 14, 2023, through 11:59p.m. Sunday, July 16, 2023. In addition, public access to the Court’s dockets through PACER will be unavailable during that time.

 

EMERGENCY AFTER-HOURS FILING: Pursuant to Administrative Order 218-1, emergency after-hours filings during the system outage will be accepted via e-mail to nextgenfilings@tnmd.uscourts.gov between 7:00p.m. on Friday, July 14, 2023, and 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, July 16, 2023. Filings submitted by e-mail during the outage will be deemed filed as of the date they were received and will be entered on the docket by the Clerk's Office as soon as practical.
