The Court hereby appoints the following people to serve on the Merit Selection Panel and to recommend five attorneys to the Court for its consideration for appointment to the position of United States Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Tennessee:

The Merit Selection Panel should submit its recommendation to the Court through the Chief Judge by no later than November 4, 2025.
Also, the members of the Merit Selection Panel have been notified in writing that panel members may not apply for a magistrate judge position within one year of serving on the panel.
