NOTICE


Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1864 and 1866, notice is hereby given that on or about March 2, 2009, the Clerk of Court will cause the names of 600 persons to be randomly drawn, by means of a properly programmed electronic data processing system, from the Nashville Division’s Master Jury Wheel. Qualification questionnaires and summonses will be mailed to these 600 persons for possible service as petit jurors in the Nashville Division of this federal court beginning in May, 2009.

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1864 and 1866, notice is hereby given that on or about March 31, 2009, the Clerk of Court will cause the names of 600 persons to be randomly drawn, by means of a properly programmed electronic data processing system, from the Nashville Division’s Master Jury Wheel. Qualification questionnaires and summonses will be mailed to these 600 persons for possible service as petit jurors in the Nashville Division of this federal court beginning in June, 2009.

Qualification questionnaires and summonses will be mailed to these 600 persons for possible service as petit jurors in the Nashville Division of this federal court beginning in July, 2009.

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1864 and 1866, notice is hereby given that on or about April 30, 2009, the Clerk of Court will cause the names of 450 persons to be randomly drawn, by means of a properly programmed electronic data processing system, from the Columbia Division’s Master Jury Wheel. Qualification questionnaires and summonses will be mailed to these 450 persons for possible service as petit jurors in the Columbia Division of this federal court beginning in July, 2009.

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1864 and 1866, notice is hereby given that on or about April 30, 2009, the Clerk of Court will cause the names of 450 persons to be randomly drawn, by means of a properly programmed electronic data processing system, from the Northeastern Division’s Master Jury Wheel. Qualification questionnaires and summonses will be mailed to these 450 persons for possible service as petit jurors in the Northeastern Division of this federal court beginning in July, 2009.
